Due to the sensitive nature of research-use-only materials, sales are final except as expressly outlined in the policy.

Return eligibility

Unopened and unused products may be returned only when Blue Wave is notified within five business days of delivery and the return is approved in advance. Products must remain in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and approved returns are subject to a $35 return fee.
